1) Do you take orders for customisation? If yes, how can I place an order with you?

Oh yes, we most certainly do customisation. Please contact us on WhatsApp /call and we can discuss what you'd like to have. You will have to send the garment to us and when the order is completed we will send back the finished products.  

2) Do you ship abroad?

We ship pan India only as of right now.

3) Do you accept returns?

We take great care to make these upcycled products which are one of a kind. No two bags are exactly the same. We give all the possible details needed for you to decide which product you'd like to have, so that you don't have to return anything. Unless the product is damaged, which is most unlikely as we   check every product before shipping. In spite of that, if you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately ( READ RETURN POLICY carefully for the terms and conditions of a return.)

4) When will I get my order?

We usually ship the products within 2 working days of receiving the order. So that it reaches you at the earliest. Weekends and National Holidays are not considered working days. If there are bad weather conditions or other natural calamities it could take a little longer to reach. Please bear with us.
