Refund policy

All products are pre-checked for quality and defects before they are shipped. In spite of our best efforts, if you find the product delivered is damaged kindly email the Customer Care for Return procedure within 24hours of delivery. The decision to accept returns rests solely with the Liru Creations Team.

The company does not accept any returns unless: The customer has received a product with a manufacturing defect. In such a case, please contact Liru Creations      (email: lirucreations@gmail.com -Tel: 9944911697) giving proof of defect with an unboxing video. Please note we will not consider still images as proof.  This proof should be sent within 24 hrs of receiving the package.

Pickup of defective product will be arranged by us and the refund will be processed only after we have received the product and we have confirmed its credibility. 

We will process the refund only if the returned product/s are received in a good condition as shipped unused and without any physical damage.

All refunds would be processed within 5 to 7 working days after checking the credibility of the products returned.

Cancellation Prior To Shipment:

Cancellations of order are eligible only before the product is shipped. We strive to give correct details to our customers so that they are well informed regarding the product details and pricing. This helps the customers to choose the best and appropriate product/s for themselves.

We therefore have a liberal Cancellation Policy. Under this policy, Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. A cancellation request in the form of written email (lirucreations@gmail.com with a valid reason or a call to our customer service (9944911697) is a pre-requisite. Refund will be done within 7-10 working days in the case of online payments done through Credit/Debit/Net banking facility.

Cancellation Post Shipment:

Once the products are shipped no returns will be accepted unless the above mentioned details stand true. Kindly note that this is a non-negotiable policy.

If the product is disliked by the customer it is not eligible for return or exchange.

If you receive your order in a package that appears to have been tampered with, damaged or is in an unsealed condition, you are advised NOT to accept such a parcel and DO NOT open the package. Exchanges:

Exchanges are thoroughly not accepted on any grounds including colour deviations. The photos of all products are taken under neutral lighting conditions, and we make the best possible effort to reproduce the exact product colour. Sometimes the colours may look different due to the temperature of your monitor and/or device settings.


Cash On Delivery:

Cash on delivery is not available.
