Shipping policy

We process the national delivery only through reputed couriers. Right now, “SHIP ROCKET” is our preferred logistics partner. If there is no courier service available in your area by this logistics service provider, we will ship your item after finding a suitable courier agency or by India Post.

We usually ship all our orders within 3-4 working days unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. In a normal course, you should be receiving the product within 10 -12 working days post-dispatch. In a rare event that the order cannot be shipped due to unforeseen circumstances and situations beyond our control, you will be informed of the same.

Delivery time may also be subject to factors beyond our control included unexpected delays by our courier partners, unforeseen weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, etc.

In case of non-delivery within 10-12 working days of placing the order, please feel free to write to us @ lirucreations@gmail.com, and we shall ensure a prompt response.

Liru Creations will not take responsibility of delivery in case of incorrect or incomplete address. In case of shipping failure due to such reasons, Liru Creations has the right to charge an additional shipping fee for reprocessing the delivery.

Customers may order multiple products in a single order, however each order can contain details of a single shipment only. 

Customers need to place multiple orders for shipments to multiple locations.
Our shipping locations are only restricted to India.
